We Shall Overcome
This is a beautiful song by the legendary singer and songwriter Joan Baez. I love the song and the message. Yes "we shall overcome someday" for we are patient and resilient. As Iranians we have endured many injustices throughout the history of our beloved country. However, at the end of each dark period, we overcame any hardships and suffocating situations by pulling together and becoming united.
Yes, indeed "ma pirooz mishim."
Love, love Iran.

I agree wholeheartedly as a progressive Muslim. However in these times of protest, the people must not lose focus and become irresponsible. The protesters must also have a realistic view on what they can accomplish or else more of our sisters and brother might get hurt which could destabilize the entire country. Continuing to bring light and evidence on whether or not the election was rigged is the key.
