Have you ever had the experience that when things go wrong in your life, they happen in a sequence or series? In my experience they happen in a string of threes. Sometimes after the fist unfortunate incident I just wait for the other shoe to drop and for the cycle to end. For example, yesterday the hand break of my car was giving me problems and had me scared while driving home for an hour. Then our TV started acting out; the screen went blank without any pictures and sounds for hours. And finally, I had to put up with some old stuff nonsense that once in a while creeps up.However, today when anxiously I turned on the ignition of my car, to my surprise it was fine. As if there were never any problems with it! Also, the TV is working fine and I can watch the Oscars with my eldest daughter Sara tonight. She postponed going back to school so we can watch it together. And yesterday’s nonsense was just that- it’s already forgotten and behind me.

Azita joonam,
slumdog millionaire won :) and so did kate winselet...
Last night I was thinking of the conversation we had before and that now, you can say : "Hey, I saw slumdog millionaire".
By the way, My mom Believes that every 2 should become 3 :))...and you know, The power of Imagination works all the time.
Isn’t it interesting Niloufar jan? I thought of you and our conversation too when Kate Winselet and Slumdog Millionaire both won last night. How nice you remembered that too. Now, for the first time I can say: "yes, saw that movie".
Your Mom is a very wise woman; I have a feeling that there is something in that saying “a two has to become a three”. There may even be some scientific explanations to this. And you are absolutely right about the power of imagination, I believe in that too.
